@KJWinEducation First and foremost students have a right to learn. Reading is this one of those paths. Such interventions are long term. In the short term though they should also be provided assistive technology to participate immediately in all of their classes. Put that on your agenda as well.
I won’t be tweeting from this platform much anymore. Find me on LinkedIn. They’ve destroyed Twitter as far as I’m concerned. You can email me at [email protected] if you need free assistance anytime. Take care everyone.
If only Education professionals would look at neuroscience more often we’d have more comprehensive interventions. Proof that listening and reading impact the brain in the same way with regard to learning. Once again validation for assistive technologies. https://t.co/IHOoHqZXfr
It’s only taken a few decades for big tech to fully address the #AssistiveTechnology needs of consumers, but now they know how big an inclusive community can be. Another step in the right direction @MSFTEnable. Next? How about joint efforts with @Apple? https://t.co/4IP2mnYwAu
@CBSNewYork@AielloTV Thank you for your report on Dyslexia. An important follow up would be an article on the Assistive Technology that Ms. Jeppe uses. Bringing attention to such tools would help so many children and adults immediately, even before these new programs from Mayor Adams are implemented.

Apple finally caught up with Google photo. Too bad nobody knows that. “Apple’s new iPhone update lets you copy and paste text from photos — here's how - CNBC” #ocr#texttospeech https://t.co/XSNzGVTZf0
@Microsoft@MSFTEnable This acquisition of Nuance could salvage quality voice dictation for Mac users. Please consider it. Thousands of people with disabilities benefited from its use for decades. Millions more just for its convenience. #RestoreMacspeech. https://t.co/mbIswh5IMg
