@cropmad@MattMcDonald013 Yes agree. I scratched my head for a few weeks before I came to the conclusion of what had occurred. Was very vigilant with it this year checking With neighbours and picking wind conditions pre sowing in dry conditions. Makes me question how often these products could do this.
@cropmad@MattMcDonald013 While I totally agree with your statement boom spray drift isn’t always to blame. I personally applied OW pre wheat last season on a north wind direction. Then incorporated the following day on a southerly in dry condition. The dust drifted across and bleached my lentils.
@farmersgrowit Have never ever had any success going past 33m. We set ours on 32 and don’t see tiger stripes that way. Could be the poor quality urea we are dealt here but that’s what we have found. Had one for over 10years and tried most tricks.
@Mayzeeman We run farm scan 1020. Very simple to use. Had them on my old bar then went to in-line ones which were terrible. Back to farm scan on new bar again.
Will pick cano up at 1.5kg.
I run on seed and fert heads. I’ll steer if guidance drops out but hate sowing without head sensors
@James_Stacey_ Spread Chook shit on a deep sand/ blow hole area last year and put bednar through at 350-400mm. It( given the water) will go off. Huge response.
Hoping it’s long term but it’s a hopeful thought given sands leaching issues.
@DoozieZibell@HoolyMcg They would have been caught if they had to put the cap back on. It takes about 15 hrs to get the thread lined up to put it back on.
@018_aj We have a 2 fan one and they knew which one it was. A pic for them will confirm it for them. Think they are $600-$800 each. Can’t remember exactly
