Guy who works for a Japanese train company is complaining that they cannot deliver trains for the North-South Commuter Rail and Metro Manila Subway projects because they are very, very delayed
@MillThat Supply? 3 of my friends and I opened 2 CBB each. We got 0-1 copies for our boxes. Same experience in PR and PBBs, where we barely got 1 copy. The supply was definitely lower in our part of the world
@SaffronOlive@PebbleSensei I think it is a curve distribution comparison, so you can count evoke and warp cards as both their alternate and full costs. The metrics would be the average cost, but you may breakdown lower tails and upper tails and discuss winning turns of certain decks for further context.
@Theasianavenger I'm echoing something I said before:
while it is good that it's bringing players in, it has also inflated prices for the Standard format which is the core competitive format. prices of Starting Town had quickly gone to the roof, likewise mcs like Cloud, Vivi, and Seph.
@SaffronOlive The fact that the answers that supposedly makes other decks viable to contend with mice are rotating by Edge of Eternities (e.g.,Temp Lockdown, Cut Down) makes me worry for Standard as well. Ban stuff already.
@SaffronOlive 1. I will side with calls for banning Monstrous Rage, that card makes blocking nonexistent. The rise of deathtouch (Qarsi Revenant and Preacher) is a response to this, but not a solution.
2. I think Cori Steel is less obnoxious than Rage, and absolutely beatable albeit powerful.
@davidJArms1011@KatanaX9 @KaiKennedy1810 @tronisbad You can check Tortured Existence rules in Gatherer. Explicitly says you can't return the creature you discarded since you declare targets first before oaying costs.
Southeast Asia is completely dominated by its seven largest metro areas(Jakarta/Manila/Singapore/KL/Bangkok/Hanoi/HCMC),
They comprise 12 - 15 % of the regional population, but make up 80 % of the entire regional GDP.
This is one big difference between Southeast Asia and say China/India/America. Southeast Asia lacks a distributed urban hierarchy tier, its megacities and bust. In that way it’s a lot more like Africa.
It’s few genuine Tier 2s like Surabaya/Penang/Chiang Mai contribute about 15 % of economic value.
Was I the only one who found Deadpool and Wolverine overbearing with antics, messy lines, thin plot, and supersaturated cameos? Cassandra Nova was the only thing carrying it, and I wanted DP to just shut it the whole time. And I loved the previous two movies, not this.
