@SW_Help@rafthemaster Sorry but you can’t use this one anymore being that you’re part of the same company now! There is no SWR or Network Rail as was. Please speak to your manager about using this bizarre excuse when you should be projecting “one railway” as you head towards GBR!
@LumoTravel Any news on the 1045 to Newcastle? Showing as delayed and the incoming service seems to be heading north instead of coming to King’s Cross.
@JakeWrightUK@joe0603 Because people only know the operator of the trains where they live and if that operators app gives poor experience, which is likely, then of course they’d go to the “national” app which sadly is thought to be Trainline (because national rail is horrendous!) people want easy = TL
@SamsungUK why are you forcing me to watch the right wing propaganda channel GB News by making it appear as the first “on now” tile when I switch on my TV. I’ve previously removed the channel but you brought it back. Does this mean you endorse their views? @Ofcom@ASA_UK
@SW_Help Thanks. It’s just disappointing the people in the right were punished and the rude, arrogant people who still have their feet all over the seats were able to carry on as they were.
@SW_Help disappointing the guard on 2227 Clapham to Yeovil didn’t deal with aggressive passengers with their feet up on the seats preventing an elderly couple sitting down. Instead making the couple move elsewhere & made to feel they were in the wrong. Feet back on seats.
@StagecoachSouth Thanks for the information. So what is the first timing point coming into Basingstoke on the 76 after Lightsfield? Surely the first stop in the town (White Hart) could be a timing point after all the country lanes from Overton?
@StagecoachSouth could you train your (76>BSK) drivers that running this early at this time of the morning when a) people are in a rush & b) there are few buses is not acceptable. I missed my train (and yes I was approaching the bus stop 5 mins early when your bus whizzed past!)
@StagecoachSouth What is the timing point nearest Basingstoke? 5-10 mins early makes timetables a bit pointless especially that time of the morning. It’s just good customer service. The drive could wait in a lay-by stop like the white hart for a few mins.
@bens2477 I find that the SWR onboard announcements contain too many conditions and threats these days (e.g. talking about prosecution) rather than providing the required service information only. It’s not a very friendly, positive experience for the vast number of genuine customers.
@SW_Help Yeah I understand that but this has been in place for at least a week so is semi permanent and must be more significant as it’s delaying all your services you must know about it and when it might be rectified? Any support @NetworkRailWssx ?
@SW_Help what’s going on with the line speed at farnborough? It’s causing me to miss connections at Clapham. If it’s semi-permanent could you update timetables to reflect please so we can plan. Thanks.
@SW_Help 0627 Basingstoke to Clapham. We’re now 7 minutes late. It was the same last week so could you tell me when line speed through farnborough and brookwood London bound will be back to normal?
@SW_Help Thanks. It seems to be happening more and more recently at all your stations. Please ask the relevant teams to remember the core purpose of those screens - for quick and clear train departure information.
@SW_Help could you please stop using the on platform departure screens for things that aren’t train departures? Currently at Clapham and all platforms showing only the next departure with constant advertising for meet the manager below. Not helpful.
@RTL_Robert@newburydistrict Thanks for the reply. Makes sense. Thought you went through Hook to rejoin M3 but I guess you cut across the A287 instead. Hope it’s a success for you guys 🚌
