@libsoftiktok So how is it that those of us who are Christian teachers can't bring up God anymore but someone like this has free reign to shame kids with this bullying rhetoric?
@Angie94607007@KRIS6News The bill is about allowing the people of Texas to vote on forming a committee to explore every aspect of possible succession. This is not a vote to leave, yet. Not sure why anyone would not support a vote to hear the voice of the people of Texas...

@hs_mendez@KRIS6News Our grid problems were due to regulations the Fed. Govt. puts on us, and every state. We could not run at full capacity because we were not allowed as a state...interesting how this part always gets left out of this argument.
@marcomucho @KRIS6News Just a reminder that was in 1836 and things have changed a bit. What we have now is a very different Texas than the one that joined the U.S. in 1845.
@mcross697@KRIS6News We send over $100 Billion yearly to the Fed. Govt. If we were a country, suddenly those funds stay in Texas. Also, I don't see them leaving us completely as we are the number 1 exporter of goods in the U.S. They need us.

@NinjaAggie@KRIS6News Do you know how much we currently send yearly to the Fed. Govt.? (over $100 billion) You'd be surprised what we could do if that stayed in the state...
