@qatarairways Believe me I wanted nothing more than to fly into London, but you voided my kids tickets for no reason and with no warning or explanation, leaving me to find out at check in. Then continually ignored my subsequent complaint for over 4 months.

@qatarairways Top tip: Join @qrsupport on a twice daily cruise from the pier to take in the sights, the highlight of the tour being when one lucky passenger gets to dump all their customer complaints into Lake Michigan. Fun for all the family.
