@crainbf The title is great! Your humbleness and style too. If possible, would love to learn how yo crawl too. How about we give each other feedback, prior?
@jerrybrito@RonWyden Thanks indeed Senator. Gratitude goes also to your advisor, Christopher Soghoian, a true expert in privacy and cyber sec. Thanks Chris!
@IvanOnTech 2/ the bigger the balance sheet of the entity, the riskier for the entity
3/ its probably the main non-technical reason imo, why enterprises (today) use permissioned chains -
to have legal framework around ..(ps: am not a fan of closed chains, for the known reasons)
@IvanOnTech 1/ what a law professor once told me ‘basically impossible to exclude liability, if someone knows a legal entity is part of a given chain, they will sue that entity from a jurisdiction (any, in decentral context), that is most profitable/promising.`(note: was in DAO hack context)

which in web2 created massive network effects, centralized capital accumulation, abuses of power, loss of privacy, lock-ins and other dependencies.
World seems brighter in web3 @oceanprotocol
