Late diagnosed autism and ADHD is realizing how much of your life was spent studying people and copying what seemed “right”…and now you are finally getting to meet the real version of yourself.
@YatixM there’s alot of people that are okay with not breaking boundaries like space laces or constantly pushing the envelope, a lot of people want to just write music without making it some crazy sound design pissing contest and THAT is okay, not everything has to be groundbreaking
as someone who spent 99% of their life being a lazy fuck that recently fell in love with working out, you REALLY just gotta DO IT. just start working out. watch youtube videos if you're confused on what to do. stay consistent with it. your mental and physical health will literally do a 180 in like a month.
ive been working out for literally just a MONTH consistently and i genuinely cant even imagine a life without it now. it's gonna hurt. it's gonna suck for a bit. but it gets better. and your brain and body will be incredibly thankful to you. STAY CONSISTENT! DONT QUIT WHEN IT GETS HARD!
if you have writer’s block it’s inherently because you’re too focused on the outcome. if you just have fun and experiment without expecting anything, you WILL create something good again
