Hi, it is my first post and I wld like to share with myself, in wht life phase I'm now.
For the most of the years I've been going only with some side-hustles and fast buisnesses as drophipping, crypto and etc., where I wasn't involved serious to make sth big
Me and my biz partner @top_george0 were actively watching Iman back in our school days and dreaming of making it big
And one day in 2023, my biz partner bought Iman's course "Grow Your Agency" which was $1.5k, and Amara was even taking care of some of the calls there ahaha
Everyone in school was laughing at him, saying that he got scammed and that he's a total idiot
A couple of months later, he passed his driving test and got his license
The next day, he took a car-sharing car, we were both in it, and he just drove off the road and crashed a brand-new Volkswagen
And his first thought in that moment wasn't whether he was alive or okay, but how he was going to pay the fine
And that's when he realized he had to do something ASAP, because we'd known for a long time that university after school wasn't going to take us where we wanted to be
He tried to run a Meta ads agency alone and failed
So we decided to start an email agency, using all the knowledge we had from Iman's course
Fast forward, we grew our email marketing agency to 6 figures/ month and we're hitting PRs every new month
The email revenue in your dashboard is probably inflated
If you're running an MRR brand, then most likely your numbers in Klaviyo are not real
You should be really careful here
I've had a lot of clients come to me saying their email agency was always saying that they are printing
When in fact, after auditing their account, they were sending campaigns to active product subscribers too
So if a customer opens the email and then the recurring charge goes through two or three days later, Klaviyo attributes that sale to the campaign - which is wrong
So in reality person didn't buy because of the email, they just got charged since they had a subscription
One of the ways to actually spot this is to check the number of clicks against the number of purchases in Klaviyo
For example, if you see more sales than clicks, you've found the issue
Alsooo, by sending campaigns to subscribers you drastically increase your churn rate
You keep reminding people over and over about their subscription, and a customer who bought without a discount sees a discounting campaign that hits negatively and can lead straight to unsubscribes and cancellations
So you kill your LTV + inflate your numbers
Beee carefullllll
Frame your offer in the pop up form better
Don’t say
- You’ve got $10 OFF
- You’ve got a Free Gift
- You’ve got 10% OFF
- You’ve got Free Shipping
Say
- You’ve got $10 to spend
- You’ve got a $29 worth gift
- You’ve got a mystery discount
- $10 shipping on us
Tested it with a ton of 7–9 fig brands, seeing a lot of success and an increase in my the signup rate w these
Recover shit out of your abandoned cart flow
Make sure to not do:
- You left something behind (1st email sent in 15 min)
- 2nd email: social proof
- 3rd email: 15% OFF
- 4th email: your discount expires
Do instead:
- Your order is ready to ship (1st email sent in 30-45 min)
- 2nd email: money-back guarantee
- 3rd email: $6.21 credit
- 4th email: store credit expires today

I went from 0 to 6 fig/month just from posting on X
Would've never believed it if someone told me this 2 years ago
It genuinely changed my life, I met so many people who became my close friends and helped me grow

This one email made $63k revenue in 24 hours last November
Last year we sent this Black Friday early access campaign and framed it as a cashback credit which people got as loyal customers
It brought a ton of sales since it gives a feeling of being chosen
There are 5 factors that helped this email perform crazy:
1 - Plain text, zero design
It looks like a personal message, not a campaign, everyone else is sending graphic emails in November, so a plain one stands out in the inbox and gets read instead of skipped
2 - Showing their account email
Account right in the body makes it read like a real account notification, not a marketing blast. Same pattern people see from their bank or Amazon, so the brain processes it as admin, not promo - and admin emails get opened
3 - Credit, not discount. "$7.83 credit" feels like money that's already yours. People hate losing money more than they like saving it
4 - Odd, personalized amount. $7.83, not $10. Looks calculated for that customer, which makes it feel real and earned. A round number reads as a generic blast
5 - Hard deadline plus early access. Exact date and time, so there's no "I'll do it later." And "before Black Friday even starts" makes them again feel chosen
man I love autumn so much
I hate living in hot countries
not a popular opinion, but summer sucks, it's so hard for me to be efficient in the summer
Q4 is my fav season, it lets me stay alone w my thoughts and just put the work in
autumn>>>>summer
Rosabella running the same gamified pop up form as Gruns
The thing is, customers are tired of seeing the same simple pop-up forms every time, and it annoys them
Instead, you should make sure your pop-up form is a pattern breaker - offer, format, design
OPTIMISE IT!!!
I'm A/B testing gamified pop-up forms with all of my clients, and these are actually crushing
The more unique they are, the higher the submit rate often is, which is the most important thing for a pop-up form
But before launching it, you should understand that it doesn't work for every target audience, so it needs to be tested
small tip
make your email campaigns look different in terms of design and colours
a mistake that a lot of stores make is that they send same-looking emails, and customers pretty often just skip them immediately since they think they already opened that email before
