@aestheticprimal Besides having increased carbs by a lot for maybe 1 year now to recover, lots of potatoes, rice, milk etc my nervous system is still fried. Anxiety, jitteriness, reactive af to a lot of things, never been this way. What would you do to restore this
@lazylifefitness@oxidativestate Yeah I did 2 years carnivore paired with high intensity training 5-6 times a day, cold showers 2x a day, poor sleep almost every day so I was quite metabolically handicapped so adding high carb directly wasn’t very smart.
@MidnightRamp@HansAmato Should be cooked to avoid problematic compounds like antinutrients etc. The benefits he is referring to comes from the indigestible fibre that detoxes estrogen.
@insomnvia@nolimit_luke_ I’f that is 1200 calories then your thyroid is probably cooked and your metabolism is fried. Go get your thyroid tested and you need to start eating more
@metabolic_print So if we do the tests and it comes back normal but we have most of the symptoms of hypothyrodism and feel like garbage, what’s the next step. Since diet alone hasn’t fixed it
@rudekyoni999 High fat from 2 liters of whole milk a day is fine tho right? Along with eating fat from food like eggs, meat cooked in lard or butter etc
@ThyroidDriven I’ve seen a lot of people recommending taking zinc carnosine as a supplement for gut health but the ones I can find are between 40-75mg.
@anabolicgut It helped in the beginning it was like I got my life back. Have had severe gut issues since I was born. From the way peaters talk I thought I could get the same feeling of early carnivore but with carbs and no long term sides. But that didn’t happen
