One of my favorite things about a down year is seeing young players develop and compete. These guys are often on short term or low paying contracts and they compete like heck to earn there way onto a roster or long term deal. We have seen several pacers players make life changing money by competing on the court during down years or times of excessive injury. I’m a 15 year season ticket holder and I appreciate and still attend to see the guys develop.

Mostly yes. But I do think it’s an issue when fans pay big money and their favorite player is resting. Maybe those players can do a meet and greet after the game? How to handle that is biggest issue but overall fans understand the lottery and want to see our team compete for long run.
