@SadClubCommish When does this management team activate its trading powers? Canucks have one first pair D player, one second pair player, one third pair player and five #7/#8 players on the active roster. Even with Hronek back that's not enough to get it done. And their top two F lines are SLOW.
@Sportsnet Great tournament and a fantastic game in which they were the better team over 90 minutes. A lapse in concentration cost them dearly but shouldn't take away from what they accomplished.
@HipMrBully@RollingStones Thanks for that - a definite throwback! I was able to buy one of the new ones at the show. They've done a really nice job with the series of them.
@dylan_dethier Most of them would have played a very similar layout last summer at the Canadian Open hosted by Shaugnessy GC in Vanvouver (which has also hosted the men's Canadian Open). Scoring was tough and the players described the conditions as being like a major.
@PaulChapman_ @irfgaffar Are you suggesting the @WhitecapsFC knew all along (from months ago) that he wouldnโt play & are complicit? Not otherwise sure how you get to fraud - which is a pretty seriously accusation - by the home team selling tickets for a game in which visiting team players are no-shows.
@irfgaffar We don't have the talent across the lineup. Injuries have surely impacted us but the inability (or unwillingness?) to get pucks on net - by the F or the D - is glaring. Our D is no threat & the Oilers just focus on collapsing to the 1 player on the ice from each line who shoots.
