Rather puzzled by my latest @sainsburys delivery. I had a note telling me that muffins had a short shelf life (30th August). However, they don’t bother to mention that the 4 salmon fillets are use by tomorrow, or the chicken use by 30th August. Why send out such short life items?
@ThrillaRilla369 My wife and I have been married for 35 years. My parents celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Sadly my mother died two months before their 71st.
@ContactKingston @MPSTudor Is there anything that can be done about parents dropping children at Tiny Tots on Tudor Drive? For some reason they seem to think that they are exempt from the double yellow lines by the Tudor Hall and that the grass verges are for parking on.
Here’s the same chap this morning. Do these people have no respect for their surroundings? Do we have have to have little wooden posts all around here to stop people doing this? @RBKingston any chance of repainting the double yellow lines here so they are clear?
@warnetony IIRC, us lot being sent to our bedroom usually meant Dad had been in there and decided that it was a pigsty that needed to be sorted immediately. 🤣🤣 As if the five of us in there would ever make a mess.
Unbelievable parking on the grass verge and pavement on Tudor Drive @MPSTudor Absolutely no reason for anyone to ever do this, especially as there was ample parking on the other side of the road. Nice of them to try and ruin the nice grass verges.
@virginmedia No, as it’s a move and we won’t be using VM anymore. Especially not after such an appalling wait to not talk to anyone. It makes me think that either the staff are not very good or hordes of people are leaving you.
What is wrong with @virginmedia not letting you cancel broadband online? On hold for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up the transferred call. This is no longer needed, but I just need to stop paying for something not even plugged in.
Hi @sainsburys cannot believe the state of these apples delivered yesterday evening. At least I think they’re supposed to be Granny Smiths. How do apples in this state even get selected for delivery?
Well done to @sainsburys How is it even possible to ‘forget’ to put two of our crates on the van today? All very well giving a refund, but that doesn’t really make up for the inconvenience of having to go and get all the missing stuff. 😡😡😡
@nectar yet again I’m unable to use points in the Sainsbury’s app. This has been going on for months. I don’t even see the option to use them anymore. My card has already been unlinked and then relinked. Any ideas why it’s disappeared from the @sainsburys app?
@sainsburys any idea when the issue with the payment services will be sorted? I’m trying to check out but am getting error messages on iPad, iPhone and MacBook.
@PeterOuld I tested positive twice, both on Sundays. I called 111, and was at St George’s for anti-virals on the Tuesday the first time and on the Monday the second time. Glad that I had them as it did make my symptoms less severe than my wife (who passed it on to me).
