@TweetBenMax@TomDiNapoli@RajGoyle@drewforny@errollouis@sarbetter I know I’m biased but I thought DiNapoli did great and seemed like the steady hand in between two out of touch petulant egoists. Was surprised they Raj and Drew didn’t attack each other. Neither can win with the other still viable. They also both came off very unlikable.
I’m surprised that neither of the challengers to @TomDiNapoli haven’t gone after each other instead of attacking Tom on issues that have nothing to do with what the NYS Comptroller does. Both are coming off equally unlikable.
I always called it the L.I.R.R. growing up. I never heard it called Lurr until a few years ago when my son used it and thought he was just being funny.
I respect Katie immensely, but as a Long Islander, I cannot let this stand. It's the Long Island Rail Road (el-eye-double-R), not "the Queens Rail Road." Any non-Long Island opinion is incorrect
One weird quirk in the @mets schedule this year is that tonight will be their first game against an NL East opponent. The Mets are going to have to figure out how to score runs. If they can pull that off with division games. All hope may not be lost.
It's not quite the $5.4 billion NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is seeking from state lawmakers, but State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli presents Mamdani with a "check" for $40 in unclaimed funds during a reception tonight at the Somos New York conference.
