@British_Airways Thanks Leanne. It was completely off and I mentioned as such to the check in clerk but he said I was allowed 'no batteries' at all. Next time I'll just lie and say I don't have any electronic equipment in my luggage to avoid the hassle.
@British_Airways can you confirm or deny you don't allow laptops, on or off, in checked-in luggage? No issues when flying from LHR - TFS but all of a sudden it's a problem when flying back? I now have to take it with me on my carry on where it's more likely to get damaged.

@VIVOBAREFOOT I've barely had these primus lite all weather shoes 6 months and the fabric is forming a hole along the crease marks already! I can't help but think this is compromising their 'all-weather' nature and they cost over well over £100. Can I get some help please?
@ShellEnergyHome I'd understand if I made the switch AFTER the announcement on the 1st of this month but it was actually before that I started the process. As mentioned the electricity switched over just fine, looks like someone dropped the ball on the gas. I'll DM.
Hi @EnergyUKcomms, my switch from @ShellEnergyHome to @OctopusEnergy started from the 1st this month with electricity but my gas has still not been switched. Do you consider this a breach of the Energy Switch Guarantee? How do I proceed?
