Our last deliveroo order, the courier dropped it and ruined all the food and drinks, we took photos, were assured we’d be refunded…..no…deliveroo closed the case and said there was nothing they could do, robbed us of £40! Never use them!

I’ve also got screenshots of the chat within the app where we were told nothing could be done. A full refund is in order. You can’t steal peoples money when food was delivered in an abominable state and the rider left with it

@Deliveroo ordered food tonight from a local restaurant. Delivery arrived late & destroyed via rider on a bicycle.
Rider advice was refuse it and report via self help. We did and we’ve ended up with no food and no refund. Absolutely shocking £40+ gone. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

@AmazonUK need to be more vigilant with their warehouse staff and delivery drivers. Clearly thieving scum.
My brother ordered a Nintendo Switch 2, arrived today and it’s a box of Milton Wet Wipes. Thieving scum. Never order anything expensive from Amazon U.K.!

@xavhidlh @gng_ssb My router doesn’t allow a NAT change unless I put it in modem mode and run a secondary router (I’m with Virgin media in the uk and use their homehub 5). Never had any problems with my 1gb fibre line at all with speeds or lag at all
