Hey @O2 pls take a look at your silo’s of cust svce teams. 40 mins calling 202, then transferred to “cust svce” ( huh?) only to get a message saying you can’t spk to me because you’re too busy, b4 you disconnect. Diverting to a bot or offering a callback wd make me much happier

VED is paid into central gov coffers along with Income Tax etc to fund everything from defence & education to roads. So paying VED doesn’t grant more rights to use roads
