@LearningGuild#GuildChat A6 I've been thinking about this lately. As far as eLearning is concerned, I'm thinking that maybe breaking complicated interactions into multiple slides might be one strategy.
Storyline is my go-to and the new accessibility features they’re rolling out (cc, alt tags, tab order, accessible player, etc.) all all welcome improvememts. #GuildChat
Howdy #GuildChat I’m an ID, eLearning dev and consultant. Accessibility has been top of mind for multiple clients lately, so I’m looking forward to learning from you all.
@Ableton For dubby fun: Tempo-synced delay, analog style delay (for real-time tweaking), long reverb, short reverb, beat repeat. If all are prefader, it can be fun to play with sending returns to other sends. Def need a limiter on the master track though.
I just found out my #DevLearn 2021 proposal was accepted! Assuming Covid numbers stay low, I look forward to seeing my fellow #edtech nerds in Las Vegas!
@ChristyATucker Thanks @ChristyATucker! Yeah, that’s a pretty specific interaction, but it can be a nice way to add board game mechanics or gamify a quiz with random point multipliers. Also just a nice demo of how to push storyline in creative ways.
Excited for my Learning Solutions session in a few hours! I'll be sharing tips for using #Storyline to build engaging interactions effeciently. We'll finish by using lessons learned to build a dice-rolling interaction using random numbers.
