@1ssve It’s great that offices don’t have assigned areas so you can’t even be right next to your team and it finds you 30 minutes to find an open seat with a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Also the open concept provides no sound control so it’s super loud.

I could speak to the supervisor since the app options not being available is not my fault. Chat gets closed. Tried this 2 more times & then it was “you’ve received your order. I’m closing the chat.” How is this customer service? I could not cancel the order as directed to me. 2/2

@UberEats I made a mistake in the order and I tried to cancel, but the app prompted me to call the restaurant. I did & there was nothing they could do. I chatted w/ customer service & they said I should’ve cancelled in the app. There was no option to do that. I asked if (1/2)
