Earlier this wk, FAS Admin Whitley welcomed the 2023 Minnesota Agriculture & Rural Leadership class to @USDA. The theme for this year’s class is Fostering Collaboration. The group learned how FAS collaborates w/stakeholders, like Congress, public & private organizations & others.
