Guy is spot on.
This week alone, we have seen:
🇨🇺 A Cuban given a visa to join her boyfriend in the UK despite the fact that he had already died.
🇦🇱 We can’t deport an Albanian as his son doesn’t like their chicken nuggets.
🇳🇬 A Nigerian can stay in the UK because she joined a terrorist group.
🇵🇸 🇺🇦 Gazans can claim asylum under the Ukrainian refugee scheme.
🇬🇧 And finally a Coroner ruled the SAS were wrong to kill IRA terrorists!
We have an out-of-control judiciary with activist judges making law through their reckless interpretation of the Human Rights Act and ECHR.
Neither are fit for purpose and are rigged against the British people.
Scrap the HRA. Leave the ECHR. Take Back Control.
Again, Starmer misled parliament at PMQs.
He said that the legal judgement about the Gazan family using the Ukraine Settlement Scheme “was taken under the last Government".
A lie. The case was on 6 Jan 2025.
He previously misled over Boris & Rishi’s FPN.
Resignation matter?
If a CEO (or any employee) lied on their CV to get a job its a sackable offence, if an employee is ‘let go’ for spending on personal items with company card - I just can’t understand how MPs or ministers aren’t held to the same standers as the rest of us ?
Rory Stewart says his wife’s charity has had its USAID funding cut. This is a charity that once lectured Afghan women about the wonders of Marcel Duchamp’s urinal. It is insane that American taxpayers were funding this kind of crap, says Brendan O’Neill

'Why are judges attempting to make immigration law? It's not their business.'
'Parliament is accountable. That is not the case with judges. We should not be allowing our country to be governed by judges'.
Well worth a watch.
Spot on from @ClarkeMicah 🔥
The judge who allowed Gazans to resettle in the UK said the “public interest” was irrelevant to his decision. We have judges deciding policy, while showing total contempt for democracy. This can’t go on, says Fraser Myers

Britain is so broke it is treating its own people in hospital corridors and car parks. So why are we funding feminist groups in Iraq, obese children in China and climate change farming in Nepal?
Antisemitism becomes part of the equation when Israel’s role in the Israel-Palestine conflict is described & criticized in a vacuum, with no mention of the history of Palestinian violence, the numerous threats to Israel's very existence or peace talks in which they've participated
Arab countries took in 5.5 million Syrian refugees but no Palestinian refugees
Egypt built a 7-layer wall to keep Palestinians out
In 1992, Denmark took in 321 Palestinian refugees:
64% have acquired criminal records
34% of their children also criminals
UK, stop being naive!
Turns out threatening and enacting violence, trying to get opponents sacked from their jobs, fighting to remove women’s rights, expecting to be treated as a holy victim caste and screaming ‘bigot’ at all who disagree isn’t the most effective form of activism. Who’d have thought.
If it was my decision, I would scrap all 'diversity, equality, inclusion' roles in the health service. Every penny, and the vast associated cost, should be directed into the pockets of frontline staff. They do the work, they treat the patients - reward them.
A winning policy!
I think I’m the only Member of Parliament with Mauritian heritage but my loyalties lie with the UK.
The Chagos deal should be scrapped: it’s dangerous, unaffordable and humiliating for our country.
A non-answer from the Defence Secretary today in the House of Commons. 👇
Keir Starmer, who once argued the case for open borders and free movement, has now issued a video supposed to show he’s now Mr Tough on immigration. Let’s put it in context.
The video highlights that deportations since July’s election are at their highest level since 2017, hitting almost 19,000. That is true. Yet almost 25,000 arrived on small boats in the same period — and only 6 per cent of those being deported arrived on small boats.
Nor is the small boat problem being resolved. It’s worse There have been almost 1,500 small boat arrivals since the New Year, up 8 per cent on the same period last year.
When Rishi flew across the UK in a private jet, Labour MPs & the Mirror made a lot of furious noise.
Now Starmer flew 200-odd miles to Cornwall on a private jet for a photoshoot at King-backed housing developments.
@RachelReevesMP will you be reminding Starmer of your speech?
An Albanian criminal has been allowed to stay in the UK partly because his son will not eat foreign chicken nuggets. The judge allowed the appeal against deportation under the European Convention on Human Rights.
Once again, we need to leave the ECHR.
Sky
Farmer at the protest.
“ If I told you I’m paid more to grow wild bird food than grow food to feed people - it’s a shocking admission really that the countryside is turned over to lots of wildlife schemes - so where is the food going to come from.
We are going to import more and more poorer quality food”
Lunacy.
Unbelievable.
We need to leave the ECHR.
A word of warning to those who’ve said they’re against our quitting the ECHR: leaving is the right policy and has been for years.
The longer the Conservatives wait before we inevitably make it our policy, the more untrustworthy the party will seem and the less political good it’ll do.
