@flyscoot was just told that the flight is actually departing 2 hours later from the original scheduled time! And you send a CAG staff to inform us instead of yourself! Very disappointing! No ownership. :(

@flyscoot The way it’s handled is so poor. We were told retimed to 5pm. And then within 5 minutes, it’s now 6pm departure. We also had to move gates thrice! I took leave to fly to BKK and now I have wasted half day just sitting at the airport!!!

@flyscoot to tell your passengers at the 11th hour that the flight TR610 is retimed by 1 hour later is not nice. I even hear people near me say “yah, Scoot is like that”. :( Disappointing! What’s the reason this time? This is not my first delay experience with Scoot.

minutes for the buses but none turned up. I couldn’t wait any longer, hopped into a taxi as I was getting late for my meeting! The app kept saying buses arriving but none came. Pls explain & reimburse my taxi fare!

@SBSTransit_Ltd is something wrong with the services? I waited 10 minutes and no buses appear despite the app saying buses arriving. Because of this delay, I have to take a cab so I can reach my destination on time! Please explain! Thanks
