@pagliacci_dse @Owennfa CT northwest corner. I also purchased the property just before the intrest spike so im locked in at 2.9apr. The apr makes a huge difference. If my policy was modified with todays apr id be paying close to 2g, not to mention the homeowners insurance spike in premiums.

My rent for a 2bdrm 700sqft was 1600.00 a month. My 5 bdrm 2000sqft house is 900 a month.
