Father's Day is probably the closest we get between Moodeng ETH and Moo Deng @KhaokheowZoo.
It's the one day out of the entire year where both get together and celbrate the same adopted father: @VitalikButerin.
Vitalik adopted Moo Deng in Thailand, and our community has always seen him the same way - a real father figure to our project and to Ethereum. He keeps fighting for decentralization, censorship resistance, and user sovereignty even when it's not the popular path. “Do Only Good Everyday”

This isn’t just our slogan — it’s the promise we’ve lived by ever since @VitalikButerin replied to one of our CTO members back in 2024. Today we turned those words into action once again.

After Vitalik sent 64 ETH to the Animal Welfare Fund and encouraged all of us to “think and act more in support of our non-human cousins,” $Moodengeth and our alliance brothers at $Wojak stepped up together for our first ever joint charity.

We visited Rumah Kucing Parung in Bogor, Indonesia — a shelter caring for 1,200 rescued cats🐱💖, with around 150 of them currently suffering from serious illnesses and undergoing treatment. Seeing their fragile bodies and the tireless volunteers who fight every day to ease their pain reminded us exactly why Vitalik called animal suffering one of humanity’s largest blights… and why we must keep choosing kindness. Because to Do Only Good Everyday means answering that call with real compassion.

In one coordinated drop we delivered:
• 15 sacks of 20kg premium cat food
• Clumping cat litter to keep them clean and comfortable
• Full sets of cleaning tools for the shelter
• Warm lunch for the shelter workers who give everything for these animals
• And of course our Moodeng Dance to bring joy to the cats and workers! 🦛💎🖖

Every sack, every scoop of litter, and every meal is proof that memecoin communities can reduce real suffering — one shelter, one cat, one act of good at a time.
