Entah udah berapa kali saya nonton final Liga Champions. Mulai dr nonton sendiri di rumah, nonton bareng keluarga, nonton bareng temen kampus di kosan dan di kantin kampus, nobar bareng bapak-bapak komplek, sampe nobar bareng Juventini di Blok M dan GBK.

Momen final UCL yg saya tonton pertama kali tahun 1995 tapi cuma inget pas bagian angkat trofinya aja. Yang saya ingat kala itu adalah abang saya yg Milanisti, bilang kalo kiper Ajax jangkung banget.

Tahun berikutnya, Juventus juara UCL yg makin memantapkan saya mendukung Juventus. Tahun berikutnya lagi ketiduran dan kebangun saat gol cantik Del Piero ke gawang Dortmund. Tahun berikutnya utk pertama kalinya begadang demi nungguin final UCL, lagi-lagi Juventus masuk final, berakhir kekalahan.

Dan seterusnya, jadi penikmat sepak bola dan hampir ga pernah ketinggalan nonton partai puncak kompetisi terelit di Eropa. Selamat bertanding, PSG dan Arsenal!

5. Jurnaling: tulis to do list kecil, pencapaian kecil, curhatan kecil
6. Berbagi hal kecil: misal sedekah 5.000 or 10.000, di waktu pagi lebih oke
7. Menyapa teman lama, just say hi di WA (jangan ada niat ngutang)
8. Tidur siang (power nap) 10-20 menit
