I strongly believe yesterday was his best game for @ManUtd yet …. I prefer we keep going like this until we create a culture that doesn’t rely on particular individuals rather a system and team effort to win games and drag out a result! Love what I saw yesterday!
Detty December hasn’t even been officially recognised by the Nigerian government — and that’s a missed opportunity.
Imagine if it were structured like the Dubai Shopping Festival:
• State-sponsored carnivals across Nigeria
• Music, culture, fashion & tourism events
• Private partnerships & global brands
• Improved security & infrastructure
This could generate massive revenue, create jobs, and put Nigeria firmly on the global cultural calendar every December.
Detty December shouldn’t just be vibes — it should be policy, planning & profit 🇳🇬✨

🚨🚨🎙️| Pep Guardiola on Rayan Cherki's 'special' rabona assist:
"Rayan, what I want is a good cross. The way? Right, left, doing what he's done, it's fine.
But the best player that plays the game was Messi; he never, never made naive things. It's always simple things. What defines Messi is the simple things always is the best.
And all these type of players, the big, big talents - Rayan is a big talent - if the cross is good, it's fine. But if it's not good, mhmm that is not good..."
🚨🇪🇬 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 | Mohamed Salah: "To sit on the bench, I don’t know why. It seems like the club have thrown me under the bus, that is how I feel it. I think it’s very clear that someone wants me to get all the blame."
"The club promised in the summer, a lot of promise for me, and so far, I am on the bench for three games. All I can say is keep the promises. I had good relations with the manager and all of a sudden, we don’t have any relationships. I don’t know why. It seems to be me, how I see it, someone doesn’t want me at the club."
"Again this club, I will always support it. My kids always support, I love the club. I will always do."
"I called my mum. I knew (I would stop for the press). I told them, come to the Brighton game, it doesn’t mater if I play or not, I am going to enjoy it. We will see what will happen."
"In my head I will go to enjoy that game, if I play or not or on the bench, I don’t know what will happen. I will be at Anfield, say good to the fans, go to the AFCON. I don’t know what will happen when I am there."
"It’s not acceptable for me to be fair. I don’t know why this happened to me. I don’t get it. If I am somewhere else, every club would protect the player. I don’t know why I am in this situation now. I don’t think I am the problem. I have done so much for this club." (@SunSport)
