@vancouvermetro @CityofVancouver Will Ishmam help level 3 individuals as well or just leave 6 yrs old kids to fend for themselves? He doesn't live in Marpole & grad in June, out of there with nice entry on his resume. Who cares about elementary school kids? Small price to pay for his awards & media fame.
