We grew the pool to 299 entrants this year! 1st place will win $10k!
Check out the new leaderboard functionality in the app. You can now see a custom leaderboard of only the people you follow instead of the whole pool:

For 2026 we’re thinking:
1. Find an alternative to Splash that accommodates a more flexible payout structure (not sure this exists).
2. Remove Tour Championship from the schedule. We can’t rely on the PGA to use a consistent format or purse.
Please share any other suggestions!
Big congrats to ellaborin07 and all of our other winners in this year’s contest!! First place won $8,350 this year.
Smaller congrats to the 128 of you that won back less than the $500 entry fee. Could be worse???
Thanks for participating. Please send any feedback for next year!
🚨 IMPORTANT 🚨
Don’t forget the PGA lowered the purse for the Tour Championship! With our 85% haircut it will now be one of the smaller purses of the season. Don’t save your best golfer for the TC, use your best two this week and next.
Also no more starting strokes at the TC!
🚨🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE🚨🚨
The PGA is changing the Tour Championship (again) from a $25mm 1st place prize to $10mm (with no starting strokes). We still have to use the 85% haircut we set pre-season, so in our contest the winner will receive $1.5mm (smallest payout of the year).
The PGA constantly moving the goal posts is frustrating for our contest. Unfortunately legal requirements are such that we can’t change the rules of once the contest begins.
For reference, here’s a snapshot of the remaining tourneys with estimated payouts. Plan accordingly!

Now that the FedEx Cup finale is just the 72 holes of the Tour Championship (everyone starts fresh, no advantage being No. 1 vs No. 30) it never made sense for that one tournament to have the biggest payout of the year. Now guys are rewarded for their season-long play with the Comcast and post-BMW payments, and we get a true tournament with a $10 million winner’s check on a course that should be set up much harder. Makes sense all around.

Here are the top picks on OFP
Don’t miss my last tweet on the change to the Tour Championship format! Important implications for our contest.
👇🏼 important consideration for our contest, no longer any advantage for keeping top guys on the points list for the Tour Championship. The Tour just making up the rules as they go apparently 🥴
Beginning this year, Starting Strokes will be eliminated from the TOUR Championship.
@TOURChamp will be played as a 72-hole stroke-play event, with all players starting the tournament at even par.
The best performer over the course of those four rounds will win the #FedExCup.
More than half of y’all picked Bryson this week 👀 I don’t recall that ever happening before. A Bryson win may break Splash. Good luck to all.
