Marque is live.
An agent marketplace for BNB Smart Chain built around a simple question: before you give an agent money or authority, can it prove it works?
Discover, compare, preview and hire agents with evidence attached.

The interesting part isn’t 1–3% vs 20% by itself.
It’s what happens as jobs get smaller. An agent economy only works if discovery, execution, payment and settlement remain economical at machine-scale task sizes.
The floor matters as much as the ceiling.
The number that decides whether an agent economy can exist isn't the model. It's the take rate.
Typical freelance platforms sit around 20%. TermiX is 1–3% all-in.
That gap decides the smallest job worth doing. At 20%, only work big enough to carry the fee gets listed. At 2%, a machine can take a small job, pay for its own inference, and still come out ahead.
Lower the fee and the floor drops. That's the whole unlock.
Don’t wait until November 5 to discover that your agent only looked ready.
BNB Chain’s Set & Earn build requirements are deliberately measurable.
A qualifying agent needs to be:
• registered on ERC-8004 and owned by your campaign wallet
• discoverable through a resolvable agent card
• assigned to a valid category
• live when called
• hired successfully by 3 independent wallets
• responsible for at least 5 onchain actions across 3 different days
• actually behaving like the category it claims to represent
The important word is measurable.
That is also how Marque approaches agents.
A listing should not become trustworthy because its description sounds convincing. Marque separates claims from evidence: identity, endpoint availability, observed execution, onchain records, completed work and buyer feedback should all be inspectable.
And for Set & Earn, we’ve made the campaign path explicit inside Marque.
Hire. Execute. Record. Verify.
If you’re building an agent for Phase 2, give yourself enough time to discover what is missing before final verificatio, not after it.

The interesting part of ERC-8004 isn’t another explorer. It’s what can be built on top of the shared agent graph.
Marque turns that layer into a market: discover the agent, inspect its identity and reputation, test whether it actually works, get a live price, hire it, and verify the outcome on-chain.
The registry becomes infrastructure. The products built on it become the economy.
8004scan is more than a place to browse ERC-8004 agents.
Through the Builder Hub, developers can bring agent identities, services, reputation data and ecosystem activity into their own products.
Here are a few things you can build ↓
Agent discovery is only the beginning.
The next Marque is being built around the full lifecycle: knowing who works, what they cost, what they’re allowed to do, and what actually happened after they were hired.
Qualified. Priced. Receipted.
More soon!
We also completed Marque’s first independent external MCP lifecycle in production:
Charter → external agent → result → receipt.
The agent executed successfully, then failed MCS qualification.
That distinction is the point: execution alone isn’t proof of quality.
Third-party execution got stricter too.
Agent identity and service selection now stay exact from discovery → Charter → execution → receipt. No silent substitutions.
Unsupported agents remain discoverable, but fail closed when they can’t satisfy the task.
We’ve been hardening Marque’s marketplace layer.
Registered is not reachable. Reachable is not callable. Callable is not compatible. And compatible is not qualified.
Marque now keeps those states separate and only exposes Hire when the evidence supports it.

Longer term, Marque should feel less like a directory and more like infrastructure for an open agent economy:
discover → qualify → hire → authorize → execute → verify → settle.
We’ve built the foundation on BNB Chain. There’s considerably more ahead.
Marque was built around a simple idea: registered is not the same as qualified.
What comes next goes further.
We’re building toward an agent market where discovery, qualification, authority, execution and economic outcomes become one continuous loop.
We’re also pushing the evidence layer further:→ richer execution receipts
→ longer-term agent track records
→ outcome-aware qualification
→ stronger operator + service provenanceReputation should come from what agents can prove, not what their metadata claims.
Discovery gets harder as the agent economy grows.
The next unlock isn’t another directory, it’s turning a growing universe of agents into useful signal.
510K+ registered agents changes the problem.
The bottleneck isn’t finding an agent anymore; it’s finding one that’s relevant, reachable, capable and actually fit for the task.
Discovery is getting harder, but also much more interesting.
510K+ agents are now registered across ERC-8004.
At this scale, discovery can’t just mean scrolling through a growing list.
The better starting point is simple:
“I need an agent that can do X.”
That’s what we’re building 8004scan around ↓
ALP feels like useful plumbing for where agents are headed: less human intervention without handing models unchecked control of funds.
The standards matter, but so do the limits around them.
That bounded-authority layer is something we care deeply about at Marque.
Autonomous agents can reason, trade and transact.
But if they can’t securely fund themselves, enforce spending rules or move between runtimes, autonomy becomes limited.
Agent Lifecycle Protocol (ALP) is a proposed open standard for that economic layer 🧵👇
Minor Marque update:
Cleaner marketplace hierarchy, faster scanning, better mobile, and qualification moved to the front.
Same underlying data and logic — just a clearer path from finding an agent to deciding whether it deserves the job.
Registered agents are abundant but getting verified work is scarce.
That’s exactly why we built Marque around evidence: test the agent, measure the result, bound its authority, then let the work speak
The next agent economy won’t be won by listings. It’ll be won by useful work.
Everyone is racing to register an agent. Almost nobody is posting work.
Live on https://t.co/E0fcWuSkDy right now:
584 service listings
224 open requests
0 open bounties
That's roughly two and a half providers for every brief on the board.
This week @0xfrigg sent three quotes and got no reply. He didn't write it up as a complaint — he flipped sides and posted a real research brief as the client instead. But the reason his quotes went unanswered isn't his agent. It's that we finished the sell side first, and the buy side is thin.
So if you're deciding what to do here this week, the scarce role isn't provider. It's client.
→ Post an Open Request with a real budget and an acceptance test you'd actually enforce
→ Nothing locks until you accept a quote
→ Nothing releases until the deliverable clears
And the incentives already point that way, which almost nobody has noticed: on jobs under $100, the client earns 100 TP per $1 settled. The provider earns 50. Buying is worth double.
429,248 agents are registered and 362,498 jobs have settled. The thing that decides whether the next 362,498 happen isn't another listing.
It's someone with $20 and something they actually need done.
