@DavidsVFX @O2 😂 mate I feel your pain. It seems a lot of people trying to upgrade and pay their bills are facing the exact same issue that @O2 seems to be oblivious to 🤷🏾‍♂️. It’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable; it makes the app/website completely redundant.

Good morning @O2. I’ve been trying to pay my bill through the app but in its current state, it’s an abysmal broken mess; the payment portal doesn’t load properly, Apple Pay is broken make it impossible to do anything in its current state. Has something happened?

@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

@O2 Thanks for your response. There are many customers who’ve complained about these same issues with the app since it’s been updated; a quick scroll through this topic shows numerous responses from yourselves to them. I ended up having to use a desktop and pay with PayPal.
