@lrtopp @Chase Well they reached out but weren’t particularly helpful and didn’t hear out the situation at all. All I was left with was that the Auto Loan group would reach out to me soon, but I have no idea when or by what contact method (since they didn’t ask what was best for me).

Lol I really think that people don’t realize that just bc you’re honest with someone doesn’t mean they aren’t entitled to still feel how they feel. Honesty gets you respect. That doesn’t mean someone can’t still be mad or upset about the situation.
