@ESBNetworks @Healthy_mum1 They are incredibly rude on the phone line!Total disregard for families like our, understandable delays but no advice for their customers! They claim Real time restoration yet our area says 10pm as does every other area within an hours drive from us!Definitely not real estimates!

@ESBNetworks Totally appreciate a delay but over 12 hours of no power supply, a non remote area with an estimation of 10pm in our area and EVERY area within an hour drive around us on the power check, not exactly very reliable.....sick person in our house as many others! Disgraceful for 2018!
