Multiple friends of Bobbi Kristina Brown including her ex boyfriend died in drug-related incidents in the suburbs of Atlanta around the time of her 2015 medical crisis and death caused by Nick Gordon,

Most cases connecting to a local investigation into a surge in heroin deaths known as “The Triangle.” There’s even a documentary about it that I’ll drop in the comments!

Max Lomas (close friend, housemate/roommate, and the person who found Bobbi Kristina unresponsive in the bathtub and helped with CPR): Died in August 2018 (age 28) in Mississippi of fentanyl toxicity (accidental overdose). He was found unresponsive in a bathroom with a syringe nearby after going into rehab earlier. He had spoken publicly about heavy drug use in their group.

Chelsea Bennett: A close friend (Bobbi Kristina posted affectionate Instagram tributes and photos with her). She died on March 3, 2014, at age 20 from a heroin overdose in Fulton County. Men were later charged in connection with her death (including allegations of administering the drug).

Shelby Derrington: Appeared in a 2013 photo with Bobbi Kristina on Instagram. She died on August 25, 2014, in Fulton County; the official cause was listed as suicide, with drug residue found near her body.

Steven Stepho (also referred to as Steve or Stephen Stepho): A high-school friend, another former roommate of Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon, who admitted in interviews to occasionally helping them obtain drugs (including heroin) which I believe he also was paid off by Pat Houston just like Danyela in my opinion.

He died on or around June 28-29, 2015, from heroin toxicity/
overdose (ruled accidental).

Nick Gordon Died January 1, 2020 (age 30), in what reports described as an apparent drug overdose (heroin-related, following a series of issues). He had been found civilly liable in a lawsuit related to Brown’s death.
