Today, with a group from NRCS, we looked at soil from the SWCD no-till urban demonstration garden. Pretty cool to see some of our agency folks excited about conservation in the small scale setting.
There are days that I forget that these are indeed the best times of my life so far. I found exactly what I wanted to do in the most organic way and I am moderately successful at it. So it is time to make the best of it from this perspective.

I want to encourage people who are slowly but surely changing systems. You may not see immediate fruit, but know that seeds are being planted. They will grow in due season. You have to believe that your work is not in vain, otherwise, why would you do what you do?
Extremely intense past couple of days. I planted corn on Wednesday. We had the Get the Dirt Conference on Thursday and Friday, a farm tour on Saturday and the Green Expo on Sunday. 🌱
