@tadgh_dc Do you all even know what DEI means!? One of the top marginalized groups is WHITE WOMEN or women in general. Even WHITE MEN can be a part of DEI. It’s not exclusively BIPOC. It includes white woman or man with disabilities, mental illness, veteran status, etc.
