Heartbreaking news. South Africa international and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Jayden Adams has sadly passed away at the age of 2,5, @SundayWorldZA confirm. 💔🇿🇦

Adams recently made his World Cup debut with South Africa and played a key role in Mamelodi Sundowns’ successful CAF Champions League campaign.

Two weeks ago, Adams lost his grandmother Marianna Adams but demonstrated remarkable professionalism by featuring for Bafana Bafana in their World Cup match against Czechia.

Our condolences and thoughts go out to his family, friends, teammates, and everyone at Mamelodi Sundowns.

Rest in peace, Jayden. 🕊️

On the early hours of Saturday 26 of April 2026 by 2am, my best friend A young graduate who just finished school last year and currently serving his country and was meant to pass out just next month was KILLED BY THE NIGERIAN ARMY. @HQNigerianArmy @PoliceNG_CRU @sowore

While at home with his siblings (his parents were away), 3 armed military men forced their way into their house around 2am claiming they were chasing a thief.

They encountered him and he locked his door like anyone would do to protect themselves and his siblings because he was the eldest and he has a duty to protect his siblings. they shot through the door multiple times, A bullet hit his head and another hit his stomach. They killed him in his own home.

It didn’t end there.

They prevented his sister from going to him. They tried to stop her from calling for help and when help finally came, his body was taken away. The soldiers called the local vigilante to come and clean the scene. The scene was cleaned and the house was locked down. No clear answers were given. This happened in Dakwa Abuja, it’s not longer rumors that we aren’t safe, not even in our homes.

This was someone’s son. Someone’s brother. Someone’s friend.

He was kind. He was good. He had a future.

This cannot be swept under the rug.

We are demanding accountability. We are demanding answers. We are demanding justice.

Gm ct, we are entering the computefi era, and I just discovered a lot of people still don’t know what computefi is.

Ok so ComputeFi basically is the idea of owning computing power itself,not just something you use.

Now @cysic_xyz is making this possible by building custom hardware that can handle intense tasks like Zk(zero knowledge ) proofs. But instead of leaving that power locked in big data centers, they’re turning it into a shared resource anyone can access, verify, and earn from. That means GPUs and ASICs can become productive assets generating value by powering private transactions, AI models, and more across blockchain networks.
For the average user, this means, you’ll soon be able to own or stake real computing power (like GPUs or ASICs) the same way you might stake tokens today and earn yields and rewards from it. Instead of paying big companies to use their servers, projects will tap into a decentralized network of user owned hardware.

It’s a big deal because compute power is scarce and valuable in short, this is how everyday users can have a real stake in powering the next generation of the internet call it a goldmine if you may.

Think about about it as you’re sipping your morning coffee.
