So, I didn’t sleep for just over 60 hours and when I did it was just for 3 or 4 hours. I definitely need more as I feel terrible. I hate this.

Slept for nearly two hours. Finding it difficult getting back to sleep. Feel a bit better though but would appreciate some more sleep.
