Stephen Miller wants to flip a switch and erase one of your oldest rights.

It’s called habeas corpus.

Fancy words but a simple idea that the government can’t just grab you and lock you away. It has to prove to a judge why you’re behind bars. That right is 800 years old.

It’s older than America itself.

And Miller tried to kill it.

New reporting confirms it. Inside the White House, Miller pushed to suspend habeas corpus so agents could seize people, detain them, and deport them with no judge, no hearing, no chance to say “you’ve got the wrong guy.”

Even Trump’s own lawyers put in writing that this is illegal. Miller pushed anyway.
Miller screams “invasion” because the Constitution only allows this sort of thing during an invasion. But this same crowd brags every day that border crossings hit record lows. So which is it?

The right to challenge your own detention is the line between a republic and a regime. Lose it, and the government can disappear anyone.

🚨Ridge T. Vincent, a 23-year-old Trump supporter from Tonganoxie, Kansas, is headed to prison after pleading guilty to aggravated internet trading in child s*xual abuse materials and s*xual exploitation of a child.

The case began in December 2024 when the messaging app Kik flagged apparent child s*xual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

While sharing MAGA content on Facebook — including a Hodgetwins post urging men to mobilize Trump voters the day before the 2024 election, an anti-immigrant “Joe Legal vs. Jose Illegal” meme, and content honoring Charlie Kirk’s funeral — Vincent was simultaneously under investigation for distributing child s*xual abuse material.

Vincent pleaded guilty on April 1, 2026.

Vincent’s defense attorneys asked for probation. Prosecutors successfully argued his testimony offered no compelling reason to depart from the presumptive prison sentence.

A Leavenworth County judge sentenced him to 59 months for the trading charge and 32 months for s*xual exploitation — to be served consecutively, for a total of 91 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the extraordinary outbursts of the President of the United States against female journalists... well, actually against journalists in general and journalism. But it feels like he saves his most childlike behavior and irrational language for female reporters, calling them all kinds of names that kids in kindergarten are given times out for. BREAKING📷 A woman donated $1 million to Trump's super PAC. Three weeks later, her son a convicted tax criminal was pardoned. His pardon application literally mentioned her donation.
Her name is Elizabeth Fago. Her son, Paul Walczak, had pleaded guilty to federal tax crimes. The pardon application filed on his behalf explicitly cited his mother's million-dollar donation to MAGA Inc. as a reason he deserved clemency. Trump signed the pardon. Walczak walked free and was relieved of more than $4 million in restitution he owed.
That is one entry on a donor list of 58 people who gave a million dollars or more.
MAGA Inc., Trump's super PAC, has now raised over $305 million since the 2024 election five times more than any presidential super PAC in history at this stage. The Brennan Center called it "completely unprecedented." Ninety-six percent of it came from donors giving $1 million or more. Sixty-two percent from those giving $5 million or more. This is not a grassroots operation. It is a pay-window.

The Winklevoss twins gave $1 million — also while their crypto platform Gemini was under SEC investigation. That investigation was dropped in February 2025.
Energy Transfer, the Texas pipeline company, and its CEO Kelcy Warren gave a combined $25 million — while Energy Transfer was actively suing a federal regulatory agency in court.
OpenAI President Greg Brockman and his wife gave $25 million — as the Trump administration was actively shaping AI policy in Silicon Valley's favor.
Then there are the appointments. Benjamin Landa gave $5 million then became Trump's ambassador to Hungary. Kelly Loeffler and her husband gave $5 million she now runs the Small Business Administration. Warren Stephens gave $2 million now ambassador to the United Kingdom. Jared Isaacman gave $2 million now NASA administrator.
And Isabela Herrera, a 25-year-old self-employed financial consultant whose only prior political donation was $20 to Pete Buttigieg in 2020, somehow contributed $3.5 million to MAGA Inc. Her father a Venezuelan billionaire facing federal bribery charges was pardoned by Trump in January 2026. Campaign Legal Center has filed a formal complaint with the FEC alleging she was a straw donor for her father.
This is not dark money. This is public record.
Every dollar, every favor, every pardon. Filed with the FEC. Sitting in plain sight.
