Last week whilst at Reading Crown Court, I lay some sunflowers on Andrew’s memorial. A colleague my age taken from us in the worst possible way.

We sat through them grinning and laughing with no remorse before trial, we sat as a jury convicted of manslaughter and not murder. We sat through their sentencing which didn’t seem enough at all. Now we are having to petition for his killers to not be released early from prison.

Lissie is right, this is yet another betrayal for officers and staff in this country.

Utterly abhorrent.
