Does it take 2 days plus to attend to a complaint …I bought a brand new ac from daikin that is not cooling…..oh my god what kind of joke is this first Croma and now daikin which is the top ac brand

My Croma 1 ton ac which I bought for my outlet is faulty … I was given a faulty piece and everyday I sit in heat and unable to work…Is this how your product and customer support and entire company works…by cheating people and disrespecting their time and money @cromaretail
Ref number 103455967 ,waiting for new ac installation since 28th May and no response.Keep getting ticket numbers but no one is bothered to come n install the ac…how long does it take I’m so frustrated @DaikinIndia please get it installed today ,your technician isn’t answering
Issue has been resolved and I have got a refund. I bought daikin now with the store credit settlement @cromaretail store was in touch and came to my rescue

@homelanedecors The issue is raised ..please search with name madhur mitra ….you haven’t acknowledged it and your inspection team came a month back after I managed to get an rm number but after that there is radio silence at your end….
