him or are just as abusive in there lies in defending my very abusive father .
My father most certainly did throw me across the room. And verbally abused me all the time
and he would put his hands on me very frequently.

My Biological Father has been very abusive everything I have said and that my siblings have
said regarding how abusive he is before is true.
He is verbally abusive and physically abusive.
