@CjrParker @McDonaldsUK @ubereats_uk Exactly the same here, I was told when I called @UberEats that it would take upto 15 working days and if I'd not had a refund after then I'd have to contact @McDonaldsUK who then said I need to contact @UberEats. I'll never order online again #robbed

@UberUKsupport I ordered through the @McDonaldsUK app, I don't understand why I need to contact @Uber when delivery was fine, albeit the food was only luke warm to touch, but the problem was at mcdonalds. They should sort it out. So wrong to have to go through @Uber for a mcdonalds fault.

No offer to collect missing items. After 25 minutes on call to uber the rest of the food is inedible due to temperature, my husband ended up going to @KFC. Completely out of pocket and fuming 😤 2/2
