@MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis happy to give you a fuller explanation so that a better / more accurate message can be given to consumers if you would like. (as I say unfortunately I deal with this a lot as this is a particular area of my expertise in law)

@MartinSLewis I think that this explanation is actually a bit misleading. It is not just enough for a customer to provide readings when requested, etc. You also need to pay on time. You can't just let arrears build over a Yr and then avoid paying. Unfortunately I have to deal w this a lot
