@O2 @O2 why does it keep charging me but my balance is 0? Why is top up unsuccessful if I’m still getting charged? What is making it unsuccessful then?

@O2 why is my mobile eSIM top up not working? I’m calling 4444 and trying to activate my new PYG eSIM but every time its saying unsuccessful/payment wont work, when my details are correct and I have the correct balance on my card? What is going on?

@O2 @O2 Hello why is it now taking my £10 payment but telling me top up was unsuccessful? Why is it unsuccessful if they have taken the money?
