For 10 years I was an absolutely lonely and desperate loser in New York City

You put out good energy, you get the energy in return.

If you are in your 20s and were anything like me, deeply insecure and chasing everything around me, just let go.

Let go of your desires and become selfish. Focus on yourself.

Push off satisfaction as long as you can and focus on becoming the best version of yourself possible

I promise the universe will eventually deliver what you're looking for.
