@NETAPORTER @LadyTAlexander Same issue I’m having. $1K gift that was not delivered and now it’s too late. I’ve been on hold for over 3 hours today. No response in email because of a “sale” going on. Either staff up your operations before the sale or be honest about when things will be delivered.
