@AerLingus Been waiting for my voucher since March 25th, called the customer service three times without receiving any useful information. You should take more care of your customers, issuing a voucher doesn't take that long
@glenngareth @AerLingus Same, has been two months for me too. I have called them multiple times and they keep saying I will get it shortly, which has not been the case so far.
@AerLingus It's been more than a month since I requested my voucher for the cancelled flights, called customer service twice and they don't know what to say to me. This is unacceptable
@AerLingus It's simple Aer Lingus. No one wants to, or should fly.
It's morally, socially and health consciously wrong to continue these flights. You are spreading the virus and putting your staff and customers at risk.
Offer refunds or non-time limited credit and the complaints stop.
@EMaolain @AerLingus There was no answer anyway. I can't get on the line, I can't change my booking from the website. How can we plan another trip now with this uncertainty?Just give people vouchers valid for a year!
@AerLingus Hi I have tried ringing your customer service line and held for 2 hours and no answer I have tried to amend my flight online it won’t allow me to,ive contacted you through Facebook I understand you are under severe pressure but so are your customers and ignoring them doesn’t help
@AerLingus I have tried to contact you in every possible way, spent 3 hours on the phone, no answer, my flight to NYC was yesterday but given that NYC has declared state of emergency I didn't feel safe leaving, please allow people to get a free change or a voucher this is absolutely unfair
