Tout le contraire.

L'IA est le plus gros catalyseur de méritocratie de l'histoire.

Fais le calcul. Avant, ton output = ton talent × ton effort. Plafond bas, surtout limité par le temps que t'as dans une journée.

Maintenant, ton output = (ton talent × ton effort) × levier IA.

Le 7/10 passe à 70. Le 10/10 passe à 100.

L'écart absolu entre les deux explose : avant c'était 3 points, maintenant c'est 30.

C'est exactement la définition d'une méritocratie qui s'intensifie : le mérite produit des résultats proportionnellement plus grands. Ce que tu prends pour la mort de la méritocratie, c'est sa version haute résolution.

Ce qui meurt, c'est la rente du médiocre. Avant, l'average pouvait se cacher derrière le fait que personne autour de lui ne produisait beaucoup plus. Maintenant le 10/10 publie 100 unités pendant que lui en publie 70. La hiérarchie devient lisible. C'est ça qui dérange.

Les inégalités visibles ne sont pas la fin de la méritocratie. Elles en sont la preuve.
