@AmazonHelp I want to make an appeal. On the 27th of November 2021 I bought JBL flip 5 portable Bluetooth speaker. I haven’t open the JBL box at all so the item stayed in the original box and unpacked. On the 30th of November I have returned the item.

@AmazonHelp There were no other option provided to solve the problem. There were no person to explain the situation and that they agreed the item was correct, agreed the return and made refund and that then after over 10 days said that item is somehow incorrect and charged me again.

@AmazonHelp I already contacted you through this and the respond was the same. U charged me again for the item that I have returned.

I want to resolve this problem. If not I will contact my bank and ask them to step in even it will cause that Amazon will close my account and I will no longer be able to buy on amazon. It would be a shame to do this as so far, I was happy customer who was buying a lot on Amazon.

I was contacting them since 23rd December and even the procedure says they will contact me within 72 hours, they haven’t responded to my emails at all.
On the 30th of December Amazon charged my account again.

I would like to make a complain on two people at the customer service who just hang up during the conversation with me.
The phone calls were on the 30th of December between 17.00-17.30.

I want to know what consequences will be put on those people.
