President Trump just announced a $15 billion steel mega-plant in Iowa — billed as the largest steel plant ever built in the U.S. and the first of that scale since the 1960s.

The plant will produce 7.5 million tons of steel a year, later up to 10 million tons.

It will create 1,750 permanent Iowa jobs + 5,000–6,000 construction jobs.

Investing in the midwest is exactly what this country should be doing instead of importing foreign H-1Bs.
